I found some updated documents on the SH-1 cpu and put them up on the docs
page.

I also noticed the "product line" table in section 1.2. It gives a few hints
about the strange numbers printed on the CPU chips. Judging from the closest
match I found in the table (HD6437034AVX12), HD6437034R14X probably means:

- HD643: has masked ROM
- 7034: is an SH-7034

AVX12 means:
- A: Masked ROM?
- V: 3.3V
- X: Package typ TQFP (TFP-120)
- 12: 2-12.5 MHz frequency range

R14X is not listed in the product line. Guessing:
- R: ???
- 14: 2-14 MHz freq range?
- X: Package typ TQFP (TFP-120)

Better guesses, anyone?
