Since when do they have linux drivers and where do I get them :)

(So you guys all seem to develop in linux hehe... am I the only windows
user here *shame on me*?)

Too bad! You'll be without it for a long time, waiting for it
to return from the service center... :-(

You could try connecting it to a Linux box. Maybe Linux
is more forgiving about the damaged FAT.
