I tried to revive my Player today, by replacing the IRF7416. It worked! It's
alive. But my poor old Player has gone BLIND! The LCD is dead! Buaah!!! But
it is probably still useful for debugging purposes...
I'll look into it and see if anything more is broken...it could be the power
supply to the LCD.
