Hi

The X11 simulator can now be built to "simulate" the charcell LCD kind as
present on the Players and Studios, it can still be made to "simulate" the
bitmap LCD as present on the Recorders.

Pick display type in the Makefile, rebuild everything when you change type.

There is currently not much application code written that works on the Player
LCD.
