I just made the X11 simulator grok the 'dirent' struct properly as defined by
Björn in common/dir.h, and I also made the tree.c directory browser take
advantage of that.

The win32 simular doesn't yet support the 'attribute' and 'size' fields, why
it won't be able to browse directories quite a good right now...

I also wrote up a basic description for simulator wanna-be-hackers the other
day:
