For those of us non-developers who have Win98, the Simulator doesn't come
with a required dll, msvcr70.dll. I downloaded it with another program
(which I then promptly deleted), but I wondered if it could be made
available on the download page with the simulator...

Also, does the simulator require a particular color depth when operating?
When I run it, it looks rather odd, sort of an old EGA wash...
