Hi!

I've implemented a status bar display for recorder models. It shows battery
level, volume, play mode and time on top of the screen.
The diff is against current cvs version.

Features:
- Shows status bar in file browser and wps.
- Global setting to turn it on and off
- Pressing F3 in file browser or wps toggles the status bar temporary on and
  off.

As we have no menu to set the clock, you must use the stock firmware for
that. I tested the modified code only on my recorder and the simulators. I
don't know if it breaks something in players status display (hopefully not).
So test it on your own risk :)
