I was supposed to be taking this on. Between a death in the (extended)
family and several other things, I haven't gotten to it yet. I suppose I
should throw it open for someone who may have the time/initiative right now,
at least until I get a good start on it. I'm hoping to have some time to
devote to it soon, but I'm not sure exactly when.

:-) A lot of things have happened since then.

There has been some talk about that on IRC, but I don't think anyone has
