CD changers has the ability to go through each CD in the changer and
possibly repeat over them. For the archos if a playlist is analog to a
CD and a dir analog to a changer we could have the following
additional modes for playlists.

 * Normal with continue with next playlist in current dir. (This could
   also be a resonable default IMHO.)
 * Repeat over all playlists in current directory.
 * Shuffel all songs in the playlists in the current directory.
 * Above with repeat.
