Thanks to all, it is now compiling from within visual studio 6!!!

I am now going to add the source files and do some tidy up, but then we
should have a complete "workspace".

If this is desirable to others I can check it in??? Let me know...

I think the -fno-builtin should come before -o so that "-o ./archos.elf"
is not broken.
