Subject: Re: Configurable disk spindown
From: Justin Heiner (jheiner_at_yahoo.com)
I've noticed that now there is a 1 to 2 second delay before the hdd starts
reading when changing tracks. It seems to just sit there doing nothing, not
even spinning up.
This only really happens when there's been no reading for a few seconds.
Also, on a different note, I've had a few instances (not reproducable) today
where the track just suddenly changes to the next track in the middle of a
song. I try going back to that track and reproduce it, but it doesn't happen.
