Or, as I suggested some time ago and would prefer post the FAQ every x
days in the mailinglist.

If someone subscribes the mailinglist, he gets a link to the FAQ,
doesn't he? Maybe he should get the FAQ as text directly (clicking on
a link is too much work ;) ).
