The attached patch enables auto-resume when USB is disconnected. It
also allows you to switch resume on while playing and have it take
effect.

I also added a menu item to the first menu. It's called "Resume Now"
and will invode start_resume when selected. This allows you to stop a
song, move around directories and/or menus, then restart from where you
left off.
