Maybe this was a little misunderstanding. I thought of the following
sequence:
 
1) Load Rockbox
2) Select a Menu option, that will load the Firmware
3) Rockbox jumps to the corresponding address in ROM (of course
behind the original Archos bootloader! This is the address I'd need)
4) Loads the original firmware to RAM (and descrambles it)
5) Moves it to 0x9000000
 
Isn't this possible either?
