Run a scan disk on the Jukebox, it sounds like a fat corruption. You have
formatted as FAT 32 havent you...

No. If it was locked, you wouldn't be able to access it via USB either.

Sorry, I have no good suggestions. It sounds like a disk failure, rather
than a firmware problem.

I've just formatted it again and run a full surface scan looking for bad
sectors and no problems reported at all. Its a Hitachi_DK23CA-20 if that
makes any difference.
