Attached is the patch that rotates the font bitmaps
only once at font_init() time, with some source
cleanup to rockbox standards.

Also, Eric mentioned that the CVS code only worked
when /system.fnt did NOT exist. Can anyone else
verify this? I would like others to verify this when all patches
have been applied.
