Hello,

ok, I know my Atadore font is a pixel wider (averaged) than
the 6x8 system font. Therefore I tried to save as much screen
width as possible.

With the attached patch, the scrollbars in menu and tree mode
only show up, if there are more lines to display than fitting
on the screen. A completely filled scrollbar is never shown
anymore.
