In order to make a functional translation of the strings regarding
the peak meter I need a more detailed description of what the strings
mean/represent. Especially the LANG_PM_RELEASE and
LANG_PM_UNITS_PER_READ strings.

To translate them literally would make it sound real stupid and I do
not fully understand what these strings represent as I see no real
difference in the meter when I change the LANG_PM_UNITS_PER_READ
value ...
