What's with my bidi-scroll-patch, does it go into the 1.4? It works well
here and I think there are no errors.
Even if one could discuss to change the threshold from whereon normal
scrolling begins and if it should be configurable on/auto/off some day
(I think no), I think the current version is already an improvement.

(To all: My patch is on the patch tracker on sourceforge and does a
bidirectional scroll if a string is shorter than 1.2 * screenwidth. That
is because it nerved my that a complete srcolling was made when only a
few characters didn't fit on a line. A longer line will scroll
completely in a round as it was.)
