i have this problem too.

AN5 - 000-001
AN5 Down - 3FF
AN5 Right - 189-193
AN5 Left - 25F-263
AN4 Play - 330-334

Could it be that when i press the key very short,
the sampling looks like that: ?
 
       I /\ I
       I/ \I
       / \
      / \
-----/ \--------

the "I"s are the sampling Points.

and the value is then in the Range 330-334 aka "Play"?
