The automatic build of the Player Simulator for Windows in the "CVS compile
status" table has now been disabled. It has not built non-red for over a week
or something and instead of seeing that constant annoying red boxes I think
it is better to hide them until someone feels pity for this area of the code
again and make things work.

The moment someone does anything to improve the situation, I'll bring it back
in the table with the rest of the gang.
