CVS build with fat sector 0 fix

16KHz Stereo[0] Mic.
With no RECORD.MP3
I started recording.
I also got a panic timeout error.

After hitting the record button, I see no disk activity,
but the unit appears to be recording.
After a minute or two, the drive spins up.
After 5 seconds or so I get

*PANIC*
Timeout: 0

A zero length file is created.

Starting record with the 0 length file.
Disk spins up this time.
Unit records for a while ( 4 minutes ).
After next disk access, I stop recording.

MP3 recorded was at 22 Khz, not 16. kbps toggled between 32 and 40.
