Dear Rockboxers

Since the Archos Recorders don't have a dedicated line-out for connection to
external equipment and you have to use the headphone socket instead, how
about an option that when selected, automatically adjusts the output of the
headphone socket to the optimum level so that the music isn't too soft or too
loud/distorted when played back through a hi-fi unit. The option could be
named "Set headphone output to line level output". This option could also
automatically adjust the tone settings to suit. It would save juggleing
around with all the options in order to find the best settings. What do you
think?
