Rockbox mail archiveSubject: Bidirectional scroll limitFrom: Björn Stenberg (bjorn_at_haxx.se) Date: 2002-12-12
Before anyone asks: The new "Bidirectional scroll limit" value controls how long strings can be and still use the bidirectional scroll.
The value is in "percent longer than the screen width". I.e. a limit of 50% will bidir-scroll strings that are 50% wider than the screen. A limit of 100% will bidir-scroll strings 100% wider than the screen.
At each endpoint, the bidir scroll will pause 2x the time specified in the new Scroll Start Delay setting.
