PLEASE answer this archos jukebox recorder 20 question:

when using the default operating system, is the minimum volume still pretty loud? when i turn mine all the way down, i can still hear the music loud and clear, and i'd like to be able to turn it down lower. i can only do this with rockbox.

please let me know if yours is the same way, so i can know whether or not mine is defective.
