The following command line may be executed on any windows/DOS machine, and
will generate a playlist named "All_MP3s.m3u".

C:\MUSIC>dir *.mp3 /s /d /b >All_MP3s.m3u

dir === system directory command (like ls)

/s === will include subdirectories

/d === like wide format in a single column

/b === Bare format

> redirect to file named All_MP3s.m3u in current directory
