Yes, it has to do with the new queue code. It moved some variables used
for the peak meter. If you look at the configuration of the peak meters
you will notice that the max and min numbers are now set funny.
(max is set to -255 dbfs). If you make these numbers reasonable again
it appears to work find (max should be set to 0)
