Date: Sat, 11 Jan 2003 10:05:46 -0800 what if the filename automatically (or with a selection for on/off) included the input used. for example: mic_0301141724.mp3 line_0301141728.mp3 but i would guess that most people would only use one primary recording input, once the best configuration is determined. another idea is to have a text file (typed on a keyboard and then transferred via USB) that could be used to generate a list of choices. so if you knew you would test out mic1, mic_stereo, superfancy_mic, you could type these in beforehand and then load them as choices. the interface would display the choices loaded from the selected text file and also a choice for entering a new name using the jukebox (and possibly storing that name in the same text file or in a new text file). then you would save yourself from retyping the filename numerous times. another possibility is to create a new name based on an existing filename or to modify an existing name (maybe you misspelled it with the keyboard and just need to change one or two letters). just some ideas... --bryce Received on 2003-01-11 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
