WinXP chkdsk find errors after recording

From: (wrong string) én <simel346_at_student.liu.se>

When recording with the latest version from CVS, I get a file which plays
correctly in rockbox, but is unreadable in Windows XP. chkdsk /f claims "Den
första allokeringsenheten i \R030119115852.mp3 är ogiltig. Posten kommer att
trunkeras." (First allocation unit in \R030119115852.mp3 is invalid. Entry
will be truncated.) It seems like it always truncates the file to 48 kB.
Those first two seconds of the recording are then readable.

Any ideas?
