I was more concerned with the affirmative combinations. In other words,
I prefer Yes to Auto-Create and Ask to Auto-Load. This acts as a
multi-resume. I have one tester who prefers Ask to both.

Do we really need both? Who wants to auto load without auto bookmarking,
or the opposite?
