How did you make this estimation? I think a good estimation would be based
on the difference of features between the two firmwares. According to
http://rockbox.haxx.se/docs/features.html, there is 36 "good" features on
rockbox and 14 on archos. So I think we can say rockbox is only about 2.57
times better than the original one.
