On the subject of file location, one problem I noticed on my first build
from CVS source is that the file docs/CREDITS is needed, although the web
page doesn't mention that you need to download the docs/ tree. I would
suggest that the CREDITS file be moved into tools/, apps/ or firmware/ so
that docs/ is not needed to build the formware. Either that or update the
web page to mention you need docs/ as well!
