AJB doesn't use EDO, so FPM is enough. But "all" chips you can buy
also support EDO and work, too.

you forgot: 60 ns or less

I think every RAM that fulfils the criterias above will work.

I've successfully used a "Micron MT4LC4M16R6TG 5-S" in another device
(Recorder 15).
