Try the following:

1) Go to the rockbox website - http://rockbox.haxx.se/

2) Click on the "Download" link on the left hand side

3) Download the "Latest Version: 1.4"....

This page doesn't mention the "Daily Builds" page - which (for the
benefit of the original poster) is where the current development
versions of Rockbox can be found (which include recording).
