Date: Mon, 31 Mar 2003 12:31:21 -0800 (PST) The warranty that came with my Archos says, in part... (7) Any replacement product may be either new or like-new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced. So, a refurbished unit would meet the terms of the warranty. This is for a Studio 10 about a month old. BTW, I understand the warranty used to be (or on some products still is) a full year. This one only lasts for 90 days. Does anyone know if they've recently shortened their warranties?
