Not in good old Germany. BRAGO rulez: amount in controversy is below 614
EUR, legal action cost 107 EUR and hearing of evidence 53 EUR. Loser pays
it all.

We have a law that regulates what 'going to court' costs. The judge only
says 'guild' or 'not guilty'.

The downside: no money if you toast your cat^h^h^hjukebox in a microwave.
