Hello Rockboxers,

i used to code all my Music with the Lame Encoder in 128kBit.

But now a friend of mine gave me some of his MP3-Files in 224kBit.

Now I am searching for a Program which can resample this files to
128kBit. I have found the program Razorlame[1] but it is suppressing
the ID3v1 Tags.

Does anybody knows a program to resample MP3-Files without loosing ID3
Tags and optional with volume control.
