It does look great. Thank you Jose and Bjorn.

One nit: The index lists sections 6.8.1, 6.8.2 and 6.8.3 -- they don't
exist, only section 6.8 does. For my money, you can entirely remove
6.8 from the index and the manual, since it ends up only being a
pointer to Chapter 4 anyway.
