Here's what I gather about these tags:
I believe <ol> is not necessary at all in this context.
I believe the <item> tag eliminates the need for <li>
And it appears that <link> should be used to embed URL's and <url> can be
used to embed images for some readers.
</closing> tags as required, of course.
