Ok. I may not get to do much with it in the very near future, but at the
very least I will look to add a preset number into the file. That way, we
have a fixed file format.

As a further extension that we could settle on at the outset, how about a
specific filename extension, such as *.fmr, rather than a specific text
file name. that way, we can add functionality to load different preset
files, in much the same way as we can load different fonts, languages etc?
The basename can default to the same as you created, but change the
extension. The format would be:
preset:frequency:name
