didn't try the last test - so I don't know what you changed.
while I like the idea of seeing the values before actually going into a
menu point, the way the values popped up was a bit irritating. The biggest
irritation were the sliders (like Anit-Skip-Buffer) - as you can't change
the value with them I consider them information overload...
Also what do you think of blocking the "Record/Record setting" while
Playback is running? Because when you enter the menu playback stops
instantly without warning. This is not consistent with all the other
entries where you can play with the menus during playback as much as you
like without affecting the music.
Come to think of it, would is not be possible to
display all menu entries as
"Entry name": "Entry Value"
where the focus line would be scrolling and the others would not?
So my "Sound settings" would look like this (with the Focus on Treble):
Bass: 4 dB
>Treble: 4 dB
Balance: 0 %
Loudness: 5 dB
Bass Boost: 0 %
For the General Settings this would not work that well, still I'd see most
of the values at one glance.
What do you think?
