"ON + Play" to enter the File Menu, then "Queue" to queue the song...
(section 5.1 of the manual).

"F1 + Down" (section 8 of the manual).

To find something well hidden in the manual : "Cntl+F" (then"Cntl+G" if
necessary) in Acrobat Reader... 8-)
