This is also an example of where Recorder-users who use a biggish font won't
see any more of the text than you Player-users.

Alas: keeping the names short should be a primary goal for all translations
all over, since you don't know how much the screen can show.

Yes, if we were to make separate player-strings we should offer a special
marker for it in the translated files.

But, it would all of a sudden introduce model-dependent language files, a
thing that we haven't today. If we introduce that, I'd suggest that we mark
the files according to model (in the binary header) and then refuse to load
the "wrong" kind in the software.

All this taken into account, I'm not sure if I agree or disagree! ;-)
