Subject: Questions about Rockbox build options and memory
From: Wayne Sherman (wayne_at_SystemDesignWorks.com)

When building RockBox, does disabling Games and Demos provide more memory for
other things (like data buffering)?
When the configure script asks:
"Enter size of your RAM (in MB): (defaults to 2)"
How do I know the size of the RAM? What exactly does this do? Can this
setting be used to provide extra data buffering during recording and thus less
hard drive activity?
Thanks,
Wayne
