Yes it is, but ViewCVS on Sourceforge is currently running against their backup server so it will show you old data.

Accessing CVS from your own machine using the cvs toolkit will, however, give you the latest source.

The plugin loader is apps/plugin.c

If you just want to quickly view some files and don't want to run cvs locally, the latest version of the rockbox source code is always accessible from the web site, like this:

  http://rockbox.haxx.se/apps/plugin.c
  http://rockbox.haxx.se/apps/plugins/helloworld.c
