I get this message every time I try and restart play, running CVS of a few days
ago.

I did find some .files in .rockbox. I also had a bad halt on my PC with USB
attached and did a msdos_fsck a few times.

have I smashed something? or maybe set some DOS permission bits wrong?

whats a good, safe state to put in a .rockbox dir which fixes this?
