Hmm? Checking only the first 10 characters of a file to load, and running
into ambiguity problems is clearly a bug in the Archos software, imho.

Of cause we're by definition always right. ;-)

I have put extra code into Rockbox to check for the ajbrec.ajz file in case
of flash start. This was just to mimic the Archos software behaviour for the
time being, for 2 reasons:
- in order not to confuse people with different behavior compared to Archos
- to have a way to start with your favorite (maybe not yet coldstart-proof)
Rockbox variant while the flashing business is not so well established and
tested.

However, this checking for ajbrec.ajz* is purely an Archos software feature,
until a few days ago. There's nowhere written we have to do that as well. I
consider it braindead to stick with this if we can easily flash whatever
software we'd like to startup with. Obviously the whole question affects only the
people who can flash.
