What happened to Mark Bright? He made a Windows Rockbox configuration
tool that allows the user to change settings and write a .cfg file. He
stopped at version 0.9.9 a few months ago. It doesn't set the newer
options like dynamic playlist settings.

We could start with this and add things. I would like a visual WPS
editor.

I don't remember the URL for the utility Maybe Mark will read this and
comment.
