Since the last bookmark release, there have been changes to the
configuration settings code that required us to bump the config block
version which, in turn, forced a reset of your settings when you updated.
It's a good idea to save a copy of your config settings (General
Settings->Write .cfg file) so that you can quickly restore when something
like this happens.

What were the "failures"? Did you see any error messages?

None of these problems look to be related to the bookmarking feature.
