Hey boxers,

From now on, if you have 'uclpack' in your path when you build Rockbox you'll
get a ucl file built automaticly as well.

Also, the 'full' zip on the daily build page is from now on also including the
ucl file so anyone who wants to flash the latest build should only need to
download that full zip file.
